Canoterie Brewery

The adventure of the Canoterie brewery began in 2009 with the wild brewing of two beers in the old wash house of a hamlet in Nièvre, Bonneçon, with and thanks to my friend Vincent.

After several years of amateur brewing, and with my professional experience in the pharmaceutical and food industry, I decided to take the step of professionalization with Laïla, my partner.

We put our tanks in Clamecy, in the Nièvre, in an old wooden canoe factory, hence the Canoterie. Clamecy is the former capital of floating Morvan wood which, until the beginning of the XNUMXth century, flowed down the Yonne to heat Paris. Faithful to this tradition, the Canoterie is a beer that sends… wood!
