Gîte Barbafeuilles

The cottage is composed on the ground floor of a fully equipped kitchen followed by a dining room then a living room. A 2-seater convertible sofa with comfortable memory foam mattress is located in the living room. There is also TV, wifi and a Freebox blu-ray player.
Curtains are in place allowing you to separate the living room from the dining room and kitchen.
Upstairs there is a spacious bedroom with 1 140x190 bed, another bedroom with 1 90x190 bunk bed, a bathroom where the washing machine is located and a separate toilet.
Upstairs you will also find a cinema room containing 1 leather sofa, 1 convertible sofa/chair, 2 single mattresses 1x90, a large screen, a video projector, a DVD player and the sound system (speakers, sub and amp) .
An HDMI cable is available if you want to connect your computer.
To accommodate up to 12 people, the Barbafeuilles gîte is extended by another room called the “Barbaplus gîte”.
The Barbaplus gîte is the continuation of the Barbafeuilles gîte which is located on the same property (on the ground floor). This is an additional space offering
- A corridor
- A bedroom containing 1 double bed 140x190 and 2 single beds 90x190.
- A toilet
- A bathroom (shower and sink)
All-inclusive gîtes: all you have to do is put down your suitcases, the gîte is ready to welcome you, bed sheets, shower towels, kitchen linens, wood and electric heating as well as electricity are provided.

Our gîte is close to the Nivernais canal, which can be done on foot or by bike, as well as several tourist places to visit, such as Vézelay, Druyes les Belles Fontaines, Château de Guédelon, etc…
