The Fab'N'Lab in Clamecy is a third-party meeting space around digital technology and creativity. A tool for bridging the digital divide in rural areas, through support for uses and open to all audiences, these “digital manufacturing laboratories” are equipped with computer-controlled machine tools, such as: laser cutting machines, hot wire and vinyl; thermoformers; digital embroiderers; printers
3D… They allow the design, creation and manufacture of almost everything by yourself (decorative trinkets, stickers, body parts, customization of textiles, etc.) and in a wide variety of materials (plastics, wood, vinyl, fabrics). , stone, chocolate, etc.). A Fab Lab is not to be confused with a store for ordering parts! It is a space for exchange and collaborative creation.
We come here with an idea, a project; we learn through contact with other users and digital support teams (makers, mediators, facilitators); we share our knowledge and know-how.
