This idea for a comic strip weekend appeared following the installation of a new resident in the village: the creator and comic strip artist "Lucien" Mr Franck MARGERIN. The event is a journey in the form of large panels on which the works of "Lucien" will be exhibited in the center of the village. The aim of such an event is access to culture: promotion of comics and cultural development in all its forms. In the program :

-Rock concert at Billy on Saturday evening
